In Full Flow is a structured co-working session that combines three essential elements to make flow learnable, without chasing productivity trends and crazy routines.

How does it work?
Prepare
We start by preparing our flow session, getting ready, and clarifying the task you’ll be working on. We’ll define the one right thing you are going to work on. (It’s a very down-to-earth process, not a goal-setting, vision, or planning session).
Full Flow
Full Flow for 90 minutes, everyone works on their own project in focused calm. You’ll be supported by the shared energy of the group and a structure designed to help you execute.
Reset
Wrap up and reset. We finish by anchoring the sense of flow and productivity, and practice how to switch off and rest.

SFES is a collective practice, so avoid anything that could distract others. You'll be working on your task, but you'll also be a good example, a mirror, for other people. Avoid activities that involve talking out loud, such as recording videos, attending video calls (even if you don't have to speak), or singing ;). However, don't worry; you can practice whatever you learn during the session at home with the tasks you prefer.
