I am Concetta Cucchiarelli, founder of Sustainable Focus and the originator of an ecological theory of attention I have built over fifteen years of transdisciplinary research, across perception science, ecological psychology, neuroscience and embodied cognition.
I left a PhD after eighteen months when no single discipline could hold the question I was asking, and spent the next decade and a half building the answer myself. I hold a granted patent for an interface designed to study how attention works, have two papers forthcoming, and have spent the past four years applying this framework with professionals.
I lead every workshop and every Focus Gym session myself, guiding you not only through the steps but through the state, in real time. That guidance is the part you cannot get from a book, and it is what the Accelerator is built around.
