I know what to do. So why don't I do it?
A working seminar for the thing you keep postponing. Bring it with you. Leave having started it.
Sound familiar?
You're capable everywhere else
You deliver for clients, for your employer, for the people who count on you. Then there's the one thing that is yours: the book, the launch, the offer, the project you've had on your list for months. That one doesn't move.
You sit down with every intention, and an hour later you're somewhere else. The days go. The window you've been waiting for won't stay open forever. And every time you promise yourself "tomorrow", it gets a little harder to believe.
It isn't laziness. And it isn't your distractions. It's the relationship you have with the task, and that relationship can be rebuilt.
What happens in the room
Not another course. Work, done.
- Why you don't do itWhy discipline, planners and blockers don't hold, and what is really happening when you postpone.
- Rebuilding the relationshipThe seven laws of getting a task done, applied to your own task, with me guiding each step.
- Doing itA real working block on the thing you've been postponing. Distractions included: we read them, we don't fight them.
- What changedYour before and after, what came up, and how to keep going on your own.
Same content online and in person. In person you get a longer working block and time to talk with the others in the room.

Who's leading it
Concetta Cucchiarelli
Founder of Sustainable Focus and TEDx speaker. Her theory of attention comes from fifteen years of research across ecological psychology, cognitive science and acoustics, and a patented instrument for studying perception outside the lab. She doesn't teach you to focus harder. She shows you why the task stopped pulling you, and how to make it pull again.

Questions
What should I bring?
The thing you keep postponing, and whatever you need to work on it: usually a laptop or a notebook.
Is this a productivity course?
No. There is no system to keep up and nothing to install. You work on your real task, in the room, and leave with it started.
What's the difference between online and in person?
The content is the same. In person runs three hours instead of two, so there is a longer working block and time to talk with the others.
I signed up for the seven lessons. Is this the same?
The lessons show you the seven laws on your own. The seminar is where you apply them in depth, with me, and actually do the work.
